Janel Viljoen

DIRECTOR

Dr Janel graduated from the University of Pretoria in 2004 and completed her articles at an audit firm in Rustenburg, gaining extensive experience in accounting, taxation, and audit across a broad range of industries, including legal, medical, mining, retail, and professional services. In 2008, she relocated to Pretoria and founded her own accounting and tax practice, where she has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, strategic insight, and client-focused solutions. She completed her MCom in Taxation in 2016 and obtained her PhD in Taxation from the University of Pretoria in 2025. Janel is actively involved at the University of Pretoria, where she lectures in Taxation on a part-time basis and supervises Master’s students pursuing postgraduate degrees in Taxation. She is passionate about education and believes that empowering clients through knowledge is essential to long-term financial success and compliance.

Serina Sibanda

SENIOR BOOKKEEPER

Sarina started her accounting career in 2014 and completed a Higher Certificate in Bookkeeping at Rosebank College. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Technical Financial Accounting. She joined the VRA team in October 2018 and brings solid technical knowledge in bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll administration and secretarial support work. Sarina is deeply committed to client care and takes pride in building trusted relationships, always ensuring that clients receive accurate, reliable, and personalised support.
